Smart IPTV provides subscription-based IPTV services that allow access to live TV channels, video on demand content, and other streaming media.

We want customers to be fully satisfied with our IPTV services. Before subscribing, we encourage users to test out our free trial period to ensure Smart IPTV meets your needs. We also provide support to help resolve any technical difficulties in accessing or using your subscription.

Refund Eligibility for Customers

  • Refunds are only available for Smart IPTV subscriptions of 6 months or longer in duration.
  • Subscriptions shorter than 6 months are not eligible for any refund.
  • To request a refund, you must cancel your 6+ month subscription within 2 days of the original purchase date.

Requesting a Refund

If your Smart IPTV subscription meets the eligibility criteria above, you can request a refund of your purchase amount, less a 25% processing fee, within 2 days of the transaction.

To request a refund:

  1. Cancel your eligible Smart IPTV subscription within 2 days of purchase
  2. Contact customer support at support@smartiptvpro.io and provide your account details and reason for cancellation
  3. Support will review your request and process any approved refunds, less the 25% fee, within 3-5 business days

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the subscription purchase. Smart IPTV reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the eligibility terms outlined in this policy.
